To Whom It May Concern:

This is a formal letter of support in behalf of Mr. Todd Brooks, a truly outstanding real estate agent. Having known Todd for six months and worked with him on my apartment sale, I can speak knowledgeably about his abilities and background. Before I am telling you my story about working with Mr. Todd Brooks on selling my apartment in Austin, TX, I want to say Todd did not ask me to write this at first place. I was the one who offered since I was so impressed with his work ethics and senses of integrity that you rarely find in most realtors.

In a nutshell, the essential considerations in whether or not a homeowner should make a decision in such an important hire involve (1) the candidate’s overall ability to effectively make excellent real estate transactions with maximal profits as a agent, and (2) whether or not the agent hired also is someone a homeowner can respect, trust, and enjoy working with.

Fortunately, on both counts above, I feel that Mr. Todd Brooks would make an excellent hire for a homeowner. I first came to know Todd when I received his advertisement regarding selling apartments in UT areas. It caught my eyes because his specific advertising strategy was to award customers who respond in a nice market area. As a professor who teaches advertising and a graduate who has obtained a Ph.D. degree in advertising at UT-Austin, I was intrigued by his offer and then contacting him as a result.

He made an initial offer that I checked his license and professional background. I did and found him a very capable agent by checking his profiles at the Website of the Texas Real Estate Commission. After exchanged conversations and e-mails, I have decided to work with Todd. What motivated me to work with Todd was when he told me he treats every sale the same way even though my sale is a small apartment. From that moment, I knew that he is the agent I can trust.

After just a week, I received two offers. After two weeks, I signed a contract. Todd’s intelligent market analysis and pricing made my apartment a hot item. Two months later, I sold my apartment. During this process, he constantly updated me on what happened. I was always informed about what was going on. In addition, Todd strategically planed for the unexpected events by being proactive and always put my needs and benefits as a priority over his. This really earns my trust and respect and put my mind at ease.

Clearly, Mr. Brooks brings to bear an educational and professional background tailored to the real estate market. He understands that selling properties is an interdisciplinary effort combining critical and systematic examinations of the market. His academic training is solid, supplemented by a number of practical experiences in computing and engineering. Todd knows how to make real estate transactions easier and more professional by using high-tech communication technology. As his performances on my transaction attest, he is very effective in communicating with clients at whatever he undertakes.

My experience has also shown Todd to be an ethical person whose word is reliable. This interpersonal aspect is particularly important to me because so much of quality of an agent depends on day-to-day interaction with other agents and clients in many transactions.

Mr. Todd Brooks, of course, represents himself better than I do. Therefore, I encourage you to consider Todd by calling him for a chat.

Cordially,
